At Globe Indi, we value your trust and are committed to providing a transparent and fair refund process for our customers. Please read the policy carefully before making a booking.


1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Customers may request a refund within 7 business days from the date of payment/booking.
  • Refunds will only be considered if the request is made within this timeframe and before the commencement of the trip.
  • After 7 business days, payments are considered non-refundable.

2. Process for Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@globeindi.com with booking details.
  • Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Any government permits, passes, or special reservations made on your behalf are strictly non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be provided if you voluntarily cancel or leave the tour after it has commenced.
  • Add-on services such as extra activities, upgrades, or personal requests are non-refundable once booked.

4. Cancellations by Globe Indi

  • In rare cases where Globe Indi cancels a trip due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., weather conditions, natural calamities, operational issues), customers will be offered:
    • A full refund of the package amount, OR
    • The option to reschedule to another available date/package.

5. Return Policy (for Merchandise/Products)

  • If Globe Indi offers physical products (e.g., merchandise, travel gear), they can be returned within 7 business days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging.
  • The cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or damaged on arrival.
